This is the excerpt from the interview with Can Elgiz in Capital concerning the planned new Giz Plaza.

Maslak'ta Spring Giz'i yaptığımızda tünelle o zamanki Mövenpick Otel'e bağlamıştık. Bu sayede dışarı çıkmadan otele ulaşılabiliyordu. Spring Giz ve Beybi Giz arasındaki bölgede yeni bir projeye başlayacağız. Gerekli ekonomik şartları bekliyoruz. 22 büro katı ile toplam 27 katlı bir bina olacak. Bu projede yeni yapılan bina ile Spring Giz'i ve aynı zamanda Beybi Giz'i bağlayacağız. Bu sayede Beybi Giz'den ceket giymeden, şemsiye almadan otele kadar gidilebilecek."
Thus, the tower is announced as a 27-floor one...
Of these 22 are said to be office floors (obviously all above ground)...
If the remaning 5 floors are also all above-ground, then we are having a 3rd or 4th tallest of Maslak coming up (after the Sun Plaza, Beybi Giz and Princess).
If some of these remaning 5 floors are below-ground, then the tower will rise only to the height of the nearby Spring Giz...

But Fariz,
He says 22 office floors, then there is enterence (in Turkey they do not count enterence as the first, they say zemin (Z) or lobby) also there can be a skylobby for such thing like coctails. (There is in most of the buildings) Then it can be taller than Spring Giz.
Anyways the newest (Iz) Giz Plaza has the heigest floor heights.

Yes Anil,
I counted (22 ofice floors) together with 1 ground (zemin) and 1 technical floors, which brings us to 24, which is more or less the height of Spring Giz (23 floors).
If the remaning 3 floors are also above-ground, then the tower, at least, reaches the height of Princess Hotel, or more...

Biribirine yeraltından baglı gokdelenler , cok iyi fikir
Metro gelir onada bir baglantı yapılır , iste o zaman super olur
