İstanbul Sun Plaza - 30 floors!!! And some other data...

Dear all,
I am pleased to bring some clarification on the subject of the floor count of Sun Plaza, currently U/C in Maslak. Today I found out from online that the developer of the Sun Plaza is "Sunjut Company", the maker of plastic bags and some other plastic stuff. I went to their web site and this is what I found.
They say on their pages ("www.sunjut.com.tr") that the floor count of Sun Plaza will be 30 floors. The construction started on August 5th, 2002, by beginning of concrete pouring on foundation and they now say they'll finish it all by mid-2004.
The following info is from the "Affiliated Companies" page on their web site:
"SUN-PLAZA. A 30 storey skyscaper project under way at Sunjut's former Maslak factory location. Construction completion is scheduled for mid 2004. Live camera on SUN-PLAZA"
("Live camera on SUN PLAZA" is supposed to be a web cam of construction, but, currently and unfortunately, it is not set up properly and is not working.)

I do hope a lot that the announced, by Sunjut, 30 floors are the above ground floors only (and not like other instances and cases where the small developers are trying to inflate the size of their investments by giving out the total floor count, both above and below ground, to make their projects look bigger and more impressive than they actually are.)

I already wrote and sent an e-mail to Sunjut requesting an information on the exact above-ground floor count and structural height of the Sun Plaza. Let's hope I hear something back from them soon. If and when I do, you guys will sure know

Fariz, bence 30 kattan da fazla olabilir, çünkü bazen bizdeki firmalar sırf ofis katlarını sayıyorlar, giriş ve çatı katlarını saymıyorlar...

2) "Sun Plaza"'s exact structural height in meters.

Bu arada bilmirem, cevabi yazan adam benim Ingilizcemi iyi mi anladi (yalniz zemin ustu kat sayisini sormustum), ve "37 total floors" yazarken bodrum katlarini da dahil ettim mi, onu bilemem. Sonradan bir mail attim ona, requesting an additional clarification on the issue.
Umarim, yazilanlar dogru ve Sun Plaza gercekten zemin ustu 37 kat ve 145 metre. Yani, boyle ise, Beybi Gizi da gececek.
