An ugly structure and, in my opinion, an utmost waste of a prime location along the Buyukdere avenue in Maslak. Were Alarko to develop this plot these days instead of 1976-1979, they would, I hope, have built differently and taller and more stylish. Now the buildings are used as the HQ of Emlak Bankasi (earlier merged with Vakifbank).

Dear Farmir,
My older brother says that there was nothing but nothing around when Alarko had implanted these 3 buildings on Maslak around those early times. Maslak was a kind of roundabout junction with no apparent building around. So these 3 buildings had been welcomed as very tall and modern looking buildings around early 80's. The downword inclining hill descending to Ayazaga and also to the area where auto center is located were rural looking areas with lots of mud. The area was famous with its cold and straighforward north winds. Thanks to the actual rise, the winds are loosing their strenght but still maslak is one of Istanbul's most windy areas (especially around Maslak kasırları flyover bridge)
These 3 buildings may be re-built in the course of 2010's as their location will be more and more precious.
